How to Register with the FDBDO

To register as a vendor with the Fort Detrick Business Development Office you will be sending us the information that is detailed in the steps below:

STEP 1. Intake Form
Download and complete the Intake Form.
Note: If you don’t know your North American Industry Code System (NAICS) codes, find them listed on the NAICS Web site.

STEP 2. Keyword Summary
Create a keyword summary and save in MS Office format (Word, Excel, or PowerPoint). Please save this file prefixed with your company name, such as "Company Name Key Words.doc".

Note: This document is strictly for our internal use. We will store it on our server and do key word searches of all the vendor documents stored there, seeking files that contain the key words for services or products requested by someone at Fort Detrick seeking that product or service.

STEP 3. Capability Statement
Send us a copy of your company Capability Statement in MS Office format (Word, Excel, or PowerPoint). Please save this file prefixed with your company name, such as "Company Name Capabilities.ppt".

STEP 4. Email the above-mentioned files to us
E-mail the (1) Intake Form, (2) Keyword Summary, and (3) Capability Statement to Carla Scott.
