TEDCO staffs the FDBDO with a staff member who manages the Fort Detrick Technology Transfer Initiative (FDTTI).

This individual facilitiates the creation of business enterprises, fostering their growth through the commercialization of technology.

Frederick County Office of Economic Development (OED)

TEDCO's partner in Frederick County staffs the FDBDO with a Business Development Specialist providing business planning advice and financial counseling.

This individual also coordinates access to the Frederick Innovative Technology Center, Inc. (FITCI) workforce offering developmental services and incentives.

U.S. Army Medical Research and Material Command (USAMRMC), Fort Detrick Office of Small Business Programs (OSBP)

OSBP staffs the FDBDO with an individual who assists in the qualification and certification process for small and disadvantaged businesses.

This individual identifies business opportunities and provides a venue where the small business community can take advantage of many Government programs.
