To help organizations cope with the ever increasing amount of data necessary to a successful mission, Nanavati Consulting, Inc. has built a team of knowledge management experts.  Our ECM solutions support thousands of users and millions of digital documents and other data.  We have helped our customers collect, analyze, collaborate, report and distribute mission critical information.  Our consultants have proven success in designing, implementing, securing, scaling and supporting Open Text Livelink Enterprise Content Management systems with optional modules and in-house custom modules and java extensions.  Our consultants are knowledge management experts, workflow design and implementation gurus and system integrators knowledgeable in implementing industry leading storage and database solutions within the Livelink environment, many hold certifications from Open Text.

Business Process Re-Engineering and Automation
Nanavati Consulting, Inc. consultants take pride in learning a customer’s business inside and out and then assisting them in re-developing legacy and inefficient processes into streamlined processes that work with not only with their transforming environment, but also maintain connections to external processes and systems.  Once the process is defined and tested, our consultants assist in automating those processes and data flows using suitable combinations of commercial off-the-shelf products and custom developed applications.  The end results of our efforts are efficient and auditable processes and tools reducing time and aggregation to the users and providing results to decision makers. 

Design and Development of Custom Solutions
Nanavati Consulting, Inc. has extensive experience extending off-the-shelf products to add capabilities, as well as designing custom applications, that meet the customer’s needs.   Our broad skill range included development in HTML, JavaScript, Microsoft .Net and Java while maintaining version control for multiple builds through CVS.  Our development processes enforce a standardized, documented process for web application development to insure that we meet our customer’s requirements while creating a maintainable and easily extendible product.

Database Design, Development, Tuning, and Maintenance
Our consultants have many years of delivery experience in database administration and have successfully designed, built, configured, tuned, and administered Oracle databases; both OLTP and data warehouse designs as well as Oracle Real Application Cluster databases.  We emphasize proactive performance tuning to our customers and are continually performing remedial performance analysis to evaluate how we can make the database run smoother and faster. Our consultants work closely with our customers, understanding their requirements, and the required end-state of the database system.  Then they design a database that will implement these requirements into a well-tuned, highly reliable and responsive database system.
