The Maryland Technology Development Corporation (TEDCO) and the Fort Detrick Technology Transfer Initiative (FDTTI) The FDTTI supports the development of commercial technologies to provide solutions to medical problems of importance to the American Warfighter at home and abroad. As a leading source of funding for technology transfer and development programs and entrepreneurial business assistance, TEDCO  facilitates the creation of businesses and fosters their growth through the commercialization of technology.
Frederick County Office of Economic Development TEDCO's partner in Frederick County is the Frederick County Office of Economic Development . Their Business Development Specialist in our office will provide business planning and financial counseling as well as coordinating access to the Frederick Innovative Technology Center, Inc. (FITCI ) workforce and economic development services and incentives.
Fort Detrick Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (SADBU)
The Associate Director of SADBU will be located in our office part-time each week. Services include training, assisting with qualification and certification in the small and disadvantaged business arena, identifying business opportunities and taking advantage of government programs created for the small business community.
Defense Contract Audit Agency
The Defense Contract Audit Agency , under the authority, direction, and control of the Under Secretary of Defense (Comptroller), is responsible for performing all contract audits for the Department of Defense, and providing accounting and financial advisory services regarding contracts and subcontracts to all DoD Components responsible for procurement and contract administration. These services are provided in connection with negotiation, administration, and settlement of contracts and subcontracts. DCAA also provides contract audit services to some other Government Agencies.
