    Sponsored by Congressman Roscoe Bartlett SMART Proc Procurement Conference will be held Friday October 21st in Frederick, Maryland at the FSK Holiday Inn. SMART PROC is designed to help small businesses understand the federal government and succeed in obtaining contracts. The event features presentations & workshops by Fort Detrick & other federal government procurement officers, prime contractors, vendors.  It is also a prime networking opportunity.
